Common use of Collection of Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Payments. The Servicer may grant extensions, waivers, rebates, modifications or adjustments with respect to any 2012-A Lease, except that if, after the 2012-A Cutoff Date, the Servicer grants an extension with respect to any 2012-A Lease which extends its related Maturity Date to a date later than the Payment Date occurring six months prior to the Final Scheduled Payment Date of the Class A-4 Notes, the Servicer shall deposit into the 2012-A Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the related Repurchase Payment and will reallocate such 2012-A Lease and the related 2012-A Vehicle to the Revolving Facility Pool in accordance with Section 3.05 except, in either case, to the extent that any such extension is required by Applicable Law.

Collection of Payments. The Servicer may grant extensions, waivers, rebates, modifications or adjustments with respect to any 20122016-A B Lease, except that if, after the 20122016-A B Cutoff Date, the Servicer grants an extension with respect to any 20122016-A B Lease which extends its related Maturity Date to a date later than the Payment Date occurring six months prior to the Final Scheduled Payment Date of the Class A-4 Notes, the Servicer shall deposit into the 20122016-A B Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the related Repurchase Payment and will reallocate such 20122016-A B Lease and the related 20122016-A B Vehicle to the Revolving Facility Pool in accordance with Section 3.05 except, in either case, to the extent that any such extension is required by Applicable Law.
