Common use of Collection of Payments Clause in Contracts

Collection of Payments. The Servicer may grant extensions, waivers, rebates, modifications or adjustments with respect to any 2017-A Lease, except that if, after the 2017-A Cutoff Date, the Servicer grants an extension with respect to any 2017-A Lease which extends its related Maturity Date to a date later than the Payment Date occurring six months prior to the Final Scheduled Payment Date of the Class A-4 Notes, the Servicer shall deposit into the 2017-A Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the related Repurchase Payment and will reallocate such 2017-A Lease and the related 2017-A Vehicle to the Revolving Facility Pool in accordance with Section 3.05 except, in either case, to the extent that any such extension is required by Applicable Law.

Collection of Payments. The Servicer may grant extensions, waivers, rebates, modifications or adjustments with respect to any 20172018-A Lease, except that if, after the 20172018-A Cutoff Date, the Servicer grants an extension with respect to any 20172018-A Lease which extends its related Maturity Date to a date later than the Payment Date occurring six months prior to the Final Scheduled Payment Date of the Class A-4 Notes, the Servicer shall deposit into the 20172018-A Exchange Note Collection Account an amount equal to the related Repurchase Payment and will reallocate such 20172018-A Lease and the related 20172018-A Vehicle to the Revolving Facility Pool in accordance with Section 3.05 except, in either case, to the extent that any such extension is required by Applicable Law.
