Common use of Collection of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Collection of Personal Data. Where the parties agree in writing that Vendor is required to collect Personal Data on behalf of NTT DATA, Vendor will only collect Personal Data for NTT DATA using a notice or method that NTT DATA specifically pre-approves in writing, which contains an approved data privacy notice informing the data subject of NTT DATA’s identity, the purpose or purposes for which Personal Data will be processed, and any other information that, having regard to the specific circumstances of the collection and expected processing, is required to enable fair processing. Vendor will not modify or alter the notice in any way without NTT DATA’s prior written consent.
