Common use of Collection of Personal Data Clause in Contracts

Collection of Personal Data. CML and its Affiliates may collect personal data of you, your Permitted Persons, and your Taxi drivers during the course of your application for, and/or use of, the Solutions, which information may be stored, processed, and accessed by CML and its Affiliates for business purposes, including for marketing, lead generation, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and such other purposes consistent with CML’s and its Affiliates’ legitimate business needs. You expressly consent to such use of personal data.
