COLLECTION OF RECEIVABLES; RIGHTS OF THE INITIAL PURCHASER AND ITS ASSIGNEES. KBK hereby transfers to the Administrator on behalf of XXX (as transferee of the Asset Interest in the Purchased Assets) the ownership of, and the exclusive dominion and control over, all Lock-Box Accounts owned by KBK, and KBK hereby agrees to take any further action that the Initial Purchaser or the Administrator may reasonably request in connection with such transfer. In no event shall the rights of the Administrator as set forth in this SECTION 7.4 constitute or be deemed to constitute a waiver of any rights that the Initial Purchaser may have in amounts on deposit in the Lock-Box Accounts.
