Common use of Collection Procedures Clause in Contracts

Collection Procedures. Each Originator agrees to direct its respective Obligors to make payments of Receivables sold or otherwise conveyed or purported to be conveyed by it hereunder directly to a post office box related to the relevant Lock-Box Account at a Lock-Box Bank. Each Originator further agrees to transfer any Collections of Receivables sold or conveyed by it hereunder that it receives directly to a Lock-Box Account within two (2) Business Days of receipt thereof, and agrees that all such Collections shall be deemed to be received in trust for the Company and the Administrator (for the benefit of the Purchasers).
