Collection Standards. A. Implementation of services. Contractor’s implementation of the services required by this Agreement shall occur in a smooth and seamless manner so that Customers and/or Generators do not experience disruption in Collection services when services are initiated on the Commencement Date. Contractor shall be responsible for managing implementation of new Collection services and other related services. B. Servicing containers and missed pick-ups
Collection Standards. 735 A. Servicing Containers. 736 Contractor shall pick up and return each Container to the location where the Container 737 was placed property for Collection. Contractor shall place the Containers upright with lids 738 properly secured. 739 Contractor, at the request of Customers, may provide special services including: (i) 740 unlocking Containers; (ii) accessing Container enclosures with a key; or, (iii) pulling or 741 pushing Containers to the Collection vehicle. Contractor may charge Customers for extra 742 services at the Rates approved by the RA Members for such services or other special 743 services as mutually agreed upon.

Collection Standards. The recycling collection service shall use each household’s choice of a 95 gallon recycling toter supplied and maintained by the Contractor. The Contractor shall leave the containers used at the point of collection. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage caused to such containers by the Contractor, except from weather or normal wear and tear. Residents may not use their own containers. The cost of the curbside recycling program shall be built into the flat rate for refuse collection with no additional charge to either the HOA or resident for curbside recycling service.
Collection Standards. In order for an approved Refuse Container to be collected, each Refuse Container must be properly tagged, which shall mean that it has a pre- paid Refuse Tag exclusively supplied by the Contractor securely and visibly affixed thereto. There shall be no limit on the number of containers placed out for collection by a given household, provided all containers are properly tagged with an appropriate refuse disposal tag. The Contractor is required to provide a tagging system for any yard waste that does not get collected. Each tag or label must provide a brief explanation as to why the material was not collected, including, but not limited to, overcapacity, container overweight, unacceptable refuse, no refuse tag, and the like.
Collection Standards. There shall be no limit to the number of recycling bins including the Recyclables Cart or to the quantity of Recyclables that a household may place at the Curbside for collection. Residents have the right to purchase additional recycling bins or to set out other containers which are clearly marked for recycling collection. The Contractor shall collect from the Recyclables Cart and all recycling bins that have been placed at the Curbside for collection and shall place emptied recycling bins upside-down to prevent the bins from blowing about. No sticker shall be required for the recycling bins or Recyclables Cart. Residents may also place Recyclables that do not fit into the recycling bin(s) or Recyclables Cart directly adjacent to the bin(s) or Recyclables Cart for collection by the Contractor provided that such materials have been properly prepared for collection. The Contractor shall be required to provide a tagging system for Recyclables that are not collected. The tagging system must provide a simple explanation as to why the Recyclables were not picked up, including, but not limited to the following: contaminants; improper preparation; materials not accepted in program; or some combination thereof. Recyclables that were rejected shall be returned to the bin or Recyclables Cart and not be left on the street or parkway areas. The Contractor’s drivers will be instructed to call Customer Service when residents have failed to put out their Refuse and Recyclables when drivers have arrived to serve their Residential dwelling units. A copy of the call will be kept in the Customer Service notes as a “Haul or Call” note explaining why the resident was not picked up. This procedure also applies to sorry tags noted in the previous paragraph, including the reason why driver failed to service the resident. The Contractor will also be responsible for cleaning up any Refuse, Recyclables, or Yard Waste that has spilled as a result of the collection process.

Collection Standards. ‌ A. Servicing Containers And Missed Pick-Ups. Contractor shall Collect the contents of each Container and return each Container to the location where the occupant placed the Container for Collection. Contractor shall place the Containers upright with lids properly closed and secured. Contractor shall use due care when handling Containers. Contractor shall not throw, roughly handle, damage, or break Containers. Upon Customer’s request, Contractor shall provide special services including unlocking and locking Containers; accessing Container locked enclosures and pulling or pushing Containers to the Collection vehicle. Contractor shall charge Customers for extra services in accordance with City approved Rates. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, or Green Waste Materials on the day the notice is received, if possible, and in all cases shall Collect the missed pick-up by 6:00 p.m. of the next scheduled Collection day following receipt of the missed pick-up notification, with the exception that if the notice is received on a Saturday or Holiday, the missed Collection shall be required by 6:00 p.m. on the next regularly scheduled Collection day.
Collection Standards. In order for a Unit to be collected, each such Unit shall be properly prepared. Proper preparation shall mean all recyclables are contained within 65 or 96-gallon carts provided by the Contractor, with lids closed, and placed in an accessible curbside position, within two feet of the street and not behind or within four feet of another cart, parked car, mailbox, or other obstructions by 6:00 a.m. on collection day.
