Collection System Location. The installation of additional devices and operation of the COUNTY’s Collection System by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER is subject to the reasonable control and approval of COUNTY. The location(s) of the COUNTY’s Collection System may be changed, at any time, at the reasonable discretion of the Director of OC WASTE & RECYCLING. COUNTY shall be solely responsible for any and all costs related to such location change unless such change is at the request of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ POWER.
