Collection, Use and Disclosure of Information. 15.1. The Hirer and each Guarantor authorise Cabins to Rent to collect such information from third parties, including credit reference agencies, as may be required either in connection with their application to hire the Cabin, or in connection with their relationship with Cabins to Rent. Cabins to Rent may also collect information via its website and any related service, through any contact with Cabins to Rent (e.g. consultations, telephone calls, emails), and from publicly available sources. 15.2. Withholding information means that Cabins to Rent may not be able to provide the Cabin or to continue to provide it. 15.3. The Hirer and each Guarantor acknowledge that: a Any default by them under this Agreement may be disclosed to credit reference agencies by Cabins to Rent; and b Under the Privacy Act 1993, the Hirer and each Guarantor has the right of access to and correction of their personal information held by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to Rent.
