The Business will ensure that each Business User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as required in order for us: (i) to verify his or her identity; (ii) to manage our relationship with you; (iii) to provide financial services and products to the Business, including to carry out actions and Transactions as the Business User may instruct; and (iv) to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, all in accordance with this Agreement and the Conexus Privacy Code and Privacy Online policy.
