Common use of Collections Received Clause in Contracts

Collections Received. The Transferor shall, and shall instruct the Collection Agent and the Sellers to, hold in trust, and deposit immediately (but in any event no later than one (1) Business Day following receipt thereof) to a Lock-Box Account all Collections received from time to time by the Transferor, the Collection Agent and the Sellers.
