Common use of Collective Action Clause in Contracts

Collective Action. The Seller Parties will act collectively in exercising the remedies available to them pursuant to this Agreement. In furtherance of, and without limiting, the foregoing, the Seller Parties will deliver a single objection notice, if any, pursuant to Section 2.4, a single claim for indemnification, if any, and a single response to a request for indemnification by PEI, if any. Pursuant to an agreement among the Seller Parties of even date herewith, Asher has been designated as the Seller Parties' representative a▇▇ ▇▇thorized to act on behalf of the Seller Parties in all respects under the Agreement.
