Transcripts When CONTRACTOR is a NPS, CONTRACTOR shall prepare transcripts at the close of each semester, or upon student transfer, for students in grades nine (9) through twelve (12) inclusive, and submit them on LEA approved forms to the student’s school of residence for evaluation of progress toward completion of diploma requirements as specified in LEA Procedures. CONTRACTOR shall submit to the LEA names of students and their schools of residence for whom transcripts have been submitted as specified by the LEA.
Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store County PHI or PI must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable patches must be installed within 30 days of vendor release.
Fingerprinting For purposes of this Agreement and because the District will provide a qualified employee for the supervision of District's students at all times that Consultant is present and performing services at an active school site, Consultant shall be relieved of the requirements to provide a criminal background check pursuant to California Education Code 45125.1.
Investigator Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the dismissal, discipline or suspension of an employee, or to the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this agreement, including any questions as to whether a matter is arbitrable, during the term of the collective agreement, an arbitrator agreed to by the parties shall, at the request of either party: (a) investigate the difference; (b) define the issue in the difference; and (c) make written recommendations to resolve the difference within five days of the date of receipt of the request and for those five days from that date time does not run in respect of the grievance procedure. The parties agree that this procedure will not be invoked until the grievance procedure has been completed.
Graphics Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s cost, all letters or numerals on entrance doors to the Leased Premises. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises.
