Common use of Collegiality Clause in Contracts

Collegiality. at the University consists of attitudes and actions that show respect for one's faculty and staff colleagues, as well as students. A lack of collegiality can negatively impact overall performance in teaching and service. Disagreements should be expressed in a professional and respectful manner so as not to adversely impact departments, programs, students, or the University as a whole.
