Common use of Collision Reporting Clause in Contracts

Collision Reporting. Within 15 days of the commencement of this [Contract], the [Contractor/Consultant] shall provide to the [Employer] a Collision Report. The [Contractor/Consultant] shall provide to the [Employer] an updated Collision Report on a quarterly basis and within five working days of a written request from the [Employer].
