Common use of Collision Reporting Clause in Contracts

Collision Reporting. 1) Where the Contractor operates Delivery and Servicing Vehicles to provide the Services, the Contractor shall: 2)‌ ▪ Ensure that it has a system in place to capture, investigate and analyse road traffic collisions that results in fatalities, injury or damage to vehicles, persons or property and for generating Collision Reports; and ▪ Within 15 days of the starting date, provide to LUL a Collision Report. The Contractor shall provide to TfL an updated Collision Report within five (5) working days of a written request from TfL.
