COLOUR VARIATIONS Sample Clauses

A colour-variations clause defines the permissible range of color differences allowed in goods or materials supplied under a contract. It typically specifies acceptable tolerances for shade, hue, or consistency, acknowledging that minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or material differences. This clause helps manage expectations and reduces disputes by clarifying what constitutes an acceptable color variation, thereby ensuring both parties understand the standards for compliance.
