Combined Limits. The provisions of this Section are applicable only through December 31, 1999. In the event any Participant is also a participant in one or more defined benefit plans maintained by the Employer or any Affiliate, the sum of the defined benefit plan fraction and the defined contribution plan fraction for any Limitation Year shall not exceed 1.
