Common use of Combined Maximum Clause in Contracts

Combined Maximum. 15 During each calendar year of this Agreement, the amount of time off with pay 16 for military leaves of absence provided hereunder that is taken by an employee 17 on a continuous service basis, together with the amount taken on an 18 intermittent service basis, shall be in aggregate not exceed eighty (80) hours in 19 aggregate for military training duty and eighty (80) hours in aggregate for 20 military duty in the State of Wisconsin because of riot or civil disturbance. 21 c.
