Common use of Combined Statements Clause in Contracts

Combined Statements. Checking, savings and CD accounts with at least one common owner may be combined on a single statement, either with or without your request. However, we may send you separate statements at any time for any reason without prior notice. If accounts are included on a combined statement and you don’t want that, notify us and we’ll separate the statements. That change will affect only future statements. Linked accounts do not have to be on a combined statement to receive the benefits of linking, and combining accounts on a single statement does not mean that the accounts are linked.
