Common use of Commencement and Completion Dates Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Completion Dates. Consultant shall commence the Services not later than the “Commencement Date” set forth in Attachment A, and shall diligently and continuously prosecute and carry out the Services at such a rate as will allow the Services to be fully provided, performed and completed in full compliance with this Contract not later than the “Completion Date” or, if the Services are to be performed in separate phases, the “Completion Dates,” set forth in Attachment A. The time of commencement, rate of progress, and time of completion are referred to in this Contract as the “Contract Time.”
