Commencement and Completion of all Construction Work. All Construction Work, once commenced, shall be completed with reasonable promptness (subject to Unavoidable Delays), in a good and workmanlike manner and, with respect to Construction Work for which this Lease requires Tenant to prepare plans and specifications, in substantial accordance with such plans and specifications, and all Applicable Laws.
