Commencement and Continuation Sample Clauses
The Commencement and Continuation clause defines when an agreement or specific obligations under it begin and how long they remain in effect. Typically, this clause specifies the exact start date of the contract and outlines the conditions or events that determine its ongoing validity or eventual expiration. By clearly establishing the timeline for contractual duties, it ensures both parties understand when their responsibilities start and end, thereby preventing disputes over the duration or enforceability of the agreement.
