COMMENCEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. ‌ 3.1 This Agreement commences seven days after the approval of the Fair Work Commission and will nominally expire on 30 June 2022. 3.2 The monetary obligations imposed on employers by this Agreement may be absorbed into over-Agreement payments. Nothing in this Agreement requires the Employer to maintain or increase any over-Agreement payment.

COMMENCEMENT AND PERIOD OF OPERATION. ‌ 3.1 This Agreement commences seven days after the approval of the Fair Work Commission in accordance with Part 2-4, Division 4 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) and will nominally expire on continues until the nominal expiry date of 30 June 20222027. The Employer will endeavour to commence discussions for a replacement Agreement no later than 30 December 2026. 3.2 The monetary obligations imposed on employers Employers by this Agreement may be absorbed into over-Agreement payments. Nothing in this Agreement requires the Employer to maintain or increase any over-Agreement payment.
