Commencement and Termination Dates. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall terminate on the earlier to occur of: (i) the sale of the Property or any portion thereof (in which event only as to such portion of the Property sold); (ii) the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 15 below; or (iii) December 31, 2032 (the “Term”).
