Common use of Commencement and Validity Clause in Contracts

Commencement and Validity. 2.1. This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing by the Parties and shall valid till [insert date DD-MM-YYYY]; 2.2. Either Party may terminate the agreement before the expiration of the validity period according to Section 6: Termination of the Agreement; 2.3. Upon mutual written agreement of all the Parties, this agreement may be extended for a further period upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon in writing by the Parties; 2.4. If none of the Parties provides written notice of termination as specified in this agreement, this agreement shall automatically renew for successive periods of 3 (three) months unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms herein.
