Commencement & Completion of Contract. The Consultant shall begin carrying out the services from the date of issuance of LoA. The Consultant shall complete the works in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Employer within the time period specified in the ToR from the date of issuance of LoA (i.e. Completion period).
