Commencement of and Compensation for Services Sample Clauses

The 'Commencement of and Compensation for Services' clause defines when the service provider is authorized to begin work and how they will be paid for their services. Typically, this clause specifies the start date or triggering event for the commencement of services, and outlines the payment structure, such as hourly rates, milestones, or lump sums. By clearly establishing both the timing and terms of compensation, this clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations and helps prevent disputes over when work should begin and how payment will be handled.
