Common use of Commencement of Project Clause in Contracts

Commencement of Project. Except as otherwise disclosed in the Application, the Project commenced subsequent to May 24, 1983, the date upon which the Issuer adopted a resolution preliminarily approving the Project, and prior to such date neither the Company nor any Related Person commenced or caused to be commenced any off-site production or entered into an agreement binding the Company or any Related Person to proceed with the Project.
