Common use of Commencement of the Chapter 11 Cases Clause in Contracts

Commencement of the Chapter 11 Cases. The Company further agrees that no later than July 7, 2020 (the “Outside Petition Date,” and the date on which such filing occurs, the “Petition Date”), the Company shall file with the Bankruptcy Court voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of title 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, the first day motions and any and all other documents necessary to commence the Chapter 11 Cases.
