Commencing November. 1st and prior to November 30th, the Company will have each employee meet with the Manager or his/her designate in order of seniority to select their choice of vacation time. If an employee fails to select his/her choice of vacation within the allotted time, vacation time shall be granted at the Company's discretion. The Company shall post the final vacation schedule by December 31 and it shall not be altered unless mutually agreed by the employee(s) affected and the Company. Should designated vacation time become available for any reason, such vacation time shall be offered to employee's in order of seniority and the vacation schedule shall be amended accordingly.
