Common use of Commerce and Industry Clause in Contracts

Commerce and Industry. a. This sphere includes, inter alia, licensing of crafts and industries, supervision of commodities and services and of weights and measures, and the regulation of commerce. b. The Palestinian Authority shall make arrangements to ensure safety conditions for the production, use and transportation of fuel and gas. c. The production and use of weapons, ammunition or explosives are dealt with in Annex I, Article VIII, paragraph 8. d.
