Commercial and technical management The Guarantor shall undertake the technical and commercial management of the Vessels and will not, without the prior written consent of the Majority Lenders (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), appoint anyone else as the commercial and technical managers of the Vessels, nor sub contract or delegate any of the commercial or technical management of the Vessels. This Clause 18.26 shall only apply to Vessel Two while it constitutes a Delivered Vessel.

In accordance with Section 2157.005 of the Texas Government Code, the Technology Access Clause contract provision remains in effect for any contract entered into before September 1, 2006.
