Common use of Commercial Operation Date Storage Capacity Test Clause in Contracts

Commercial Operation Date Storage Capacity Test. Upon no less than ten (10) Business Days prior Notice to Buyer, Seller shall schedule and complete a Storage Capacity Test prior to the Commercial Operation Date. Such initial Storage Capacity Test shall be performed in accordance with this Exhibit O and shall establish the initial Storage Contract Capacity hereunder based on the actual capacity of the Storage Facility determined by such Storage Capacity Test.
