Common use of Commercial Use of Website Clause in Contracts

Commercial Use of Website. Contingent upon: (a) Customer’s payment to Oxford of the applicable fee specified in Customer’s Order; and (b) Customer’s completion of Oxford’s service provider certification process as more fully described on the Oxford website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/community, as may be amended from time to time at Oxford’s sole discretion, or as otherwise stated on the Order, Oxford and Customer agree that:
