Commercialisation. 9.1 Subject to and except as otherwise set out in this agreement, a party may only Commercialise or disseminate the Project IP with the prior written consent of the other party (which must not unreasonably be withheld or delayed if such Commercialisation or dissemination is for the benefit of the red meat industry).
