Commission Established Sample Clauses

The "Commission Established" clause defines the creation and terms of a commission payment arrangement between parties, typically in a business or sales context. It specifies the conditions under which a commission is earned, such as the completion of a sale or achievement of certain performance targets, and may outline the percentage or amount to be paid. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when and how commissions are established, thereby preventing disputes and providing transparency in compensation arrangements.
