Commission Responsibilities. The Commission will perform responsibilities outlined in the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51. The following Commission responsibilities are highlighted for emphasis:
1. Establish and maintain the PL containing the products and services provided by the qualified NPAs participating in the AbilityOne Program which federal agencies are required to purchase;
2. Determine suitability of products and services furnished by qualified NPAs for Federal Government procurement to be added to the PPL;
3. Determine fair market price for products and services added to the PL;
4. Establish ceilings for the fees to be collected by the CNA for services rendered under this Agreement;
5. Maintain and follow the communication protocol involving cooperative efforts to communicate projects and products and services determined suitable for performance under the AbilityOne Program;
6. Coordinate with the CNAs to address issues concerning government-wide policies affecting the implementation of the AbilityOne Program;
7. Assign appropriate Commission staff to monitor the ongoing work and to respond to questions about the Cooperative Agreement. When appropriate, the Commission staff will act as a liaison among the public and privates parties and provide a Commission response date for questions. If the Commission fails to meet a posted response date, the CNA shall receive an extension of its corresponding due date equal to one day for each day of delay in the Commission’s response;
8. Determine the adequacy of performance by the CNA in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
9. Ensure compliance with all Agreement requirements and notify the CNA in writing of unsatisfactory performance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and
10. Provide, where necessary, non-financial assistance to achieve the objectives and purposes of the AbilityOne Program.
Commission Responsibilities. The responsibilities of the Commission shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
(a) Establishing and appointing members of advisory boards, committees, other like groups and consultants as it deems appropriate to further the purposes of this Agreement;
(b) Hiring an Executive Director and establishing his or her responsibilities in addition to those detailed herein. Two-thirds vote of the members of the Commission shall be required for hiring the Executive Director;
(c) Overseeing development and approving SCCWRP’s Research Plan;
(d) Approving the SCCWRP’s Annual Operating Budget, recognizing that the contributions of the Signatories shall be as provided in Section 8 hereof and taking into account other projected sources of income;
(e) Reviewing and approving, on an annual basis, the salaries and benefits for the Executive Director and other staff. Two-thirds vote of the members of the Commission including two-thirds of the signatories shall be required for adoption;
(f) Conducting a performance review of the Executive Director on an annual basis;
(g) Reviewing the financial status of SCCWRP;
(h) Establishing objectives, priorities, policies, guidelines, and other such responsibilities as may be appropriate from time to time; and
(i) Taking such further action as it deems appropriate to carry out the purposes of this Agreement.
Commission Responsibilities. Commission staff will provide guidance and support as needed and requested.
Commission Responsibilities. The Commission agrees to:
1. Provide all publications, documentation, forms, instructions, support website access and technical assistance as necessary for the Agency to participate in the accreditation process at no additional cost to the Agency.
2. Provide assessors to the Agency for the purpose of conducting an on-site verification of Agency compliance with applicable standards.
3. Review and evaluate all information and findings obtained from the on-site verification and advise the Agency of the results thereof.
4. Provide formal certification and other necessary materials to the Agency in recognition of the accreditation status.
5. If accreditation is not granted, advise the agency of the reasons therefore and the necessary steps to gain accreditation.
Commission Responsibilities. Commission will be responsible for mowing, lining and maintaining the facilities pursuant to the event standard and the layout information provided by the event host, no less than 14 days from the event.
Commission Responsibilities. The Commission shall have the primary responsibility for the provision of biological and resource management support services, and for the enforcement of tribal treaty right regulations through Commission conservation law enforcement personnel, as adopted by each individual tribe.

Commission Responsibilities. The Commission shall cooperate with the Actuary including providing the Actuary with timely access to data, information and Commission staff. The Commission is solely responsible for the performance of its personnel and agents. The Commission shall approve each Deliverable that conforms in all material respects to the requirements set forth in this contract. Deliverables are deemed accepted by the Commission if not rejected, in writing, within sixty (60) days of delivery.

The Commission shall be responsible for the general management, administration, and oversight of the City’s shelter and services programs for homeless persons, as defined below and as further defined within applicable subrecipient agreements, once executed. The Commission shall oversee and manage those City programs that provide temporary shelter, services, and assistance to individuals and families to stabilize in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness by providing client- appropriate housing and supportive service solutions, provided that sufficient funding is appropriated by the City Council annually to fund these services.
