Common use of Commissions and Fees Clause in Contracts

There are no valid claims for brokerage commissions or finder's or similar fees in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement which may be now or hereafter asserted against PSC or Parent resulting from any action taken by Seller or Shareholders or their respective agents or employees, or any of them.
