Common use of Commissions Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Commissions Fees and Expenses. (1) The Corporation undertakes to pay in respect of the services of the Agent and the Paying Agents under this Agreement such fees and expenses as may be agreed between them from time to time, the initial such fees being set out in a letter of even date herewith from the Agent to, and countersigned by, the Corporation. (2) The Corporation will promptly pay on demand all out-of-pocket expenses (including legal, advertising, facsimile, telex and postage expenses) properly incurred by the Agent and the Paying Agents in connection with their services hereunder, including without limitation the expenses contemplated in Clause 24.
