Commitments of the Government. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova shall provide all personnel, materials, supplies, equipment and local expenses necessary for the technical cooperation. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova is encouraged to supplement funding for the above activities through fundraising.
