Committee Composition and Selection. 1. The LPDC shall be comprised of five (5) members as follows: Three (3) bargaining unit members and two (2) administrative members. 2. The three (3) bargaining unit members shall be elected by the Association. The two (2) administrative members shall be appointed by the Superintendent. 3. In the event of a vacancy, the LPDC member shall be replaced in accordance with C(2), above.
