COMMON Clause Samples
The "COMMON" clause typically refers to provisions that are standard or generally applicable across an agreement or set of agreements. These clauses often include terms that address general obligations, definitions, or procedures that apply to all parties involved, such as notice requirements, governing law, or dispute resolution mechanisms. By consolidating these standard terms, the clause ensures consistency and reduces redundancy throughout the contract, ultimately promoting clarity and efficiency in the interpretation and enforcement of the agreement.
