Common use of Common Area Clause in Contracts

Common Area. All areas, improvements, facilities and equipment from time to time designated by Landlord for the common use or benefit of Tenant, other tenants of the Building and their Agents, including, without limitation, entrances and exits, landscaped areas, exterior lighting, loading areas, pedestrian walkways, sidewalks, atriums, courtyards, concourses, stairs, ramps, washrooms, maintenance and utility rooms and closets, exterior utility lines, hallways, lobbies, elevators and their housing and rooms, common window areas, common walls, common ceilings, common trash areas and Parking Facilities.

Common Area. All areas, improvements, facilities and equipment areas from time to time designated by Landlord for the general and nonexclusive common use or benefit of Tenant, other tenants of the Building Property, and their AgentsLandlord, including, without limitation, roadways, entrances and exits, loading areas, landscaped areas, exterior lighting, loading open areas, pedestrian park areas, service drives, walkways, sidewalkscommon trash areas, atriumsvending or mail areas, courtyardscommon pipes, concoursesconduits, stairs, ramps, washroomswires and appurtenant equipment within the Building, maintenance and utility rooms and closets, exterior lighting, exterior utility lines, hallways, lobbies, elevators and their housing and rooms, common window areas, common walls, common ceilings, common trash areas and Parking Facilitiesparking facilities.
