Common use of COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE Clause in Contracts

COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE. WHOLE PROJECT means Scheduled Land and such common areas, facilities, equipment and spaces in the Whole Project meant for common use of and enjoyment of all the occupants of the Whole Project (as defined herein-below) and more particularly detailed in Part I of Schedule- D attached hereto. However, such common areas, facilities, equipment’s and spaces forms part of different phases of the Whole Project as detailed in Part I of Scheduled- D attached hereto and accordingly common areas, facilities, equipments and spaces which forms part of any particular phase shall be developed with that particular phase.

COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE.
