Common use of Common Areas at the Project Clause in Contracts

Common Areas at the Project. (i) Driveways, pathway pavements and landscape green at the Subject Property. (ii) Space for transformer (if installed by the concerned electricity department) and Electrical installations and the accessories and wirings in respect of the Project and the space required therefore, if installed. (iii) Underground water reservoir, water pump with motor with water distribution pipes to the Overhead water tanks of Buildings. (iv) Municipal Water supply or Deep tube well (only in case of deep tube well) for water supply. (v) Water waste and sewerage evacuation pipes and drains from the several buildings to the public drains (if any). (vi) Community Hall and Gym with initial infrastructure and equipments and installation as provided by the Promoter. (vii) Pantry in the ground floor of Block A (viii) Toilet for use of caretaker/durwans, drivers, maintenance staff in the ground floor of Block A. (ix) Caretaker Room in the ground floor of Block A. (x) DG Set, its panels, accessories and wirings and space for installation of the same. (xi) Septic Tank (xii) Boundary walls of the Properties including outer side of the walls of the Subject Property and main gates. (xiii) Such other common parts areas and any covered and open space in or about Subject Property and for the Building Complex as a whole as may be provided by the Promoter.
