Common use of Common Driveway Easement Clause in Contracts

Common Driveway Easement. Purchaser acknowledges that the Project and the Unit are subject to a certain Common Driveway Easement and Maintenance Declaration providing for the common maintenance and upkeep of the common driveway shared with the adjacent Riverfront Townhomes project and related landscaping, walkways and other such uses as set forth in the Common Driveway Easement and Maintenance Declaration recorded with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder (the “Common Driveway Easement”). The Common Driveway Easement will govern use of the common driveway and will impose upon the Association certain maintenance and cost sharing duties.
