Common Interest. The Parties recognize that certain Confidential Information may be subject to the attorney-client privilege, the work product doctrine, or other privileges and protections (the “Common Interest Material”). The Parties agree that they share a common legal interest in pending or reasonably anticipated litigation, Monetization, and in pursuing the purposes of this Purchase Agreement and in any subsequent dealings relating thereto. Accordingly, the Parties agree that any Common Interest Material shared between or among them shall be subject to the common interest doctrine to the maximum extent permitted by law and that the disclosure of Common Interest Material under this Agreement is not intended to, and does not, waive any applicable privilege, protection, immunity, or other legal protection applicable to such information.
