Common Powers. The SFVCOG shall have, and may exercise, the following powers: 1. Serve as an advocate in representing the Members of the San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley Council of Governments at the regional, state and federal levels on issues of importance to the greater San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley region of Los Angeles County; 2. Serve as a forum for the review, consideration, study, development and recommendation of public policies and plans with local and regional significance; 3. Assemble information helpful in the consideration of problems of interest to the Members;
