Common use of Common Stock Reserve Clause in Contracts

Common Stock Reserve. The Corporation shall at all times reserve and keep available, out of its authorized but unissued Common Stock, solely for the purpose of effecting the conversion of the shares of Class A Convertible Preferred Stock, the full number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon the conversion of all shares of Class A Convertible Preferred Stock from time to time outstanding.
